Enamel-Minakari Oval Post Earrings in Black and White - Mystery Motif
Enamel-Minakari Oval Post Earrings in Black and White - Mystery Motif
These simple and unique enamel earrings are a sweet little friend to carry all day long. They are made from copper and hand-drawn design using a scratch away method called sgraffito and fired in a kiln at 1450 degrees. An additional top layer of enamel that is fired to a sugar coat for added more texture and interest. Each piece is completely unique due to the hand drawn qualities and the nature of the enamel when fired in the kiln, resulting in earrings that go together but are not mirror images.
Dimension: ~ “1.1/4”
Finding: Sterling silver post and catch
Care Instructions
Please wear your enamel-minakari jewelry with care. Enameling is a technique of fusing powdered glass to metal and the enamel can be fairly hard wearing, however, please take care not to drop your piece or apply any force. Please do not shower or swim wearing your jewelry. Avoid applying lotions, perfumes or hairspray directly on or near your jewelry. To clean your piece use a soft dry cloth and store in its own box or compartment as not to hit against other pieces of jewelry.
